How can I dry a flower, so that its color doesn't change??

Spray softly with hairspray and press into a book.

How can I dry a flower, so that its color doesn't change??
Get some Silica Gel %26amp; place a layer in a jam jar (Jelly jar), put in the flower %26amp; secure the stopper. The water will be drawn out of the flower, whilst retaining it's colour.

Reply:you let it dry out somewhere where no water can get onto it...it takes about a week because i do it!
