Dry flowers?

How do I dry flowers? i have mostly carnations, roses .

Hang upside down in a cool dry place.
Reply:You can use silica sand that you get at a crafts store. I dried my wedding bouqet in silica sand in 1978 (!) and it's still in pretty good condition, under a dome. In fact the bouquet lasted longer than the marriage!
